Digital Media Producer

I am a digital producer, specializing in social media content. I have experience in all aspects of production, post, social media, marketing, non-profits and action sports. 

As the Marketing Director for Walden School, I have produced content across several different social platforms, increased tuition in my programs by more than 200%, and led PPC, PPA, GEO-Targeting and E-mail marketing campaigns. 

While my work with Walden is primarily focused between the months of March and September, I remain fairly busy throughout the year by collaborating with non-profits, digital ad agencies and action sports companies.  

Throughout the ten years that I have worked for Walden, I've worn several hats—Marketing director, videographer, video editor, photographer, teacher, manager, community manager, and marketer. As a result, I have a unique ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and to navigate complex challenges swiftly.  In a nutshell, my professional value boils down to the following:

- I am the youngest employee to have held more than five roles within my current organization. 

- I know when to be a leader and when to empower others to take the lead. 

- I don’t seek to make a connection with customers; I seek to build a long lasting friendship.

- I am Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom and After Effects), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Mail Chimp, Google Analytics and Hootsuite. 

-I am fluent in English and Spañol.

- I’m a fan of long hours and weekend hours.

- I am relentless in the pursuit of my work and personal goals.

Marketing Director:  
WALDEN NON-PROFIT EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM 
Pasadena, CA (September 2011- Currently Employed)

•	Develop and produce social content across Walden’s Facebook, Instagram and YouTube sites. 
•	Manage multiple digital projects simultaneously from inception to completion. 
•	Develop Strategies across multiple platforms to increase brand exposure. 
•	Development of interactive website projects from pre-production to post. 
•	Jack of all traits, which directs, shoots, designs and edits all video/photography content.
•	Create new content on Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, After Effects, Audition, Constant Contact and Mailchimp.
•	Collaborate with the marketing and program director to design and ensure that program objectives are met and projects are completed on time. 
•	Serve as the liaison between staff and program directors. 
•	Compose and manage a CRM program 
•	Optimize all social media pages.
•	Design, measure and report KPI’s and ROI’s within our email marketing campaigns. 
•	Monitor and maintain Graphic standards across all platforms and projects.
