Provided paraprofessional advising to 60+ undergraduate students per semester. Developed and conducted programs on diversity, personal development, social acceptance, and academic success. Managed administrative tasks including incident and room condition reports. Enforced university policy and managed emergency situations. Helped mediate roommate conflicts and educate residents over the course of their time in residence halls. Worked in a group dynamic on a staff of thirteen people.
