Director of Product

•	Utilize PLM program to plan, direct, and coordinate the business activities and resources necessary for manufacturing fashion products in line with time, cost, quality and quantity.
•	Source for potential new factories, suppliers, partners, mills and fabrics in agreed countries within the defined timeline; develop the best sourcing strategy on cost efficiency, create and maintain supplier database and documentation, conduct supplier analysis, evaluate potential suppliers, manage the overall supplier qualification process, negotiate agreements and implement the supplier selection.
•	Organize global trips to evaluate vendor capability and capacity, to educate and learn new technologies in garment industry, oversee in-line and final production inspections; instruct new factories of SCR compliance, sampling requirement, QA standards, testing requirement, shipping, packaging and working procedures.
•	Manage product development process across departments (Men's, Women's and Sports) and categories (woven, knits, fully fashion, denim and outerwear) , host/attend fit sessions, evaluate/approval samples and costing against target prices.
•	Implement Corporate Calendar and ensure all production deadlines are met within the agreed framework.

Sourcing & Production Manager

• Work across all pods (product categories) with cross- functional teams including Design, Sourcing and      
   Product Development for pre-season innovation / techniques development and capacity planning.
• Create and maintain Design Concept Tracker and vendor capability in FlexPLM.
• Update and distribute lululemon Vendor Information Package which is the bible for vendor operation.
• Create Seasonal Sourcing Capacity Summaries, Chase/FastTurn Summaries and Form.

Sourcing Operation Analyst

•	Reported directly to Sr. Director of Production and Sourcing, supported with a costing and saving measure by re-organizing vendor base and contributed to the company profit boost by 25% in fiscal year 2012.
•	Supervised senior pattern maker to upgrade pattern communication with Aritzia No.5 vendor and improved efficiency by more than 50%.
•	Managed Time and Action calendar to ensure quality and timely deliveries each season.
•	Led the Technical Design and Development teams of over 15 individuals for 8 months to update Aritzia How to Measure Manual to ensure measurement consistency across all styles and in-house brands and to reflect the company quality standard.
•	Oversaw the Tech Packs for more than 30 styles across all Aritzia house brands per season to be sent to manufacturers and reviewed samples to assess fit, workmanship, cost and to ensure the developed product meet corporate vision in silhouette, fabrication and quality.
•	Supervised ongoing communications with manufacturers in both English and Chinese to ensure they understand Tech Pack requirements and committed to delivery calendar.
•	Travelled to factories in Canada and offshore to instruct manufacturers on site, assess vendor capability and capacity and convey quality standard.
