Customer Service Representative - City Lights at Town Center

I am a motivated, hard-working young professional who is seeking to obtain a challenging position in the field of operations or event coordination in a professional or educational environment offering growth and advancement that will allow me to utilize my personal and professional experience within the sports and entertainment industry.

Responsible for answering all incoming resident telephone calls and emails while responding efficiently to resident inquires and provided courteous customer service to residents, vendors, and the general public. Cross-trained to provide backup and support to the leasing staff, resident services office and reception by assisting with leasing apartments, working with residents and maintenance staff, and covering and training reception. Planned, budgeted and executed all resident events by researching ideas, creating expense reports, working with outside vendors, promoting events and enthusiastically interacting with residents. Effectively revamped the properties’ fitness classes, food truck nights and amenity reservations. Professionally handled resident complaints and maintenance requests for a 793-unit, fast-paced property.
