Manager of Support Services – Deseret Cattle & Citrus St. Cloud, FL (11 yrs) 
•	Managed Five-department Support Services Group (Purchasing, Heavy Equipment, Facilities, Truck Shop, and Tractor Shop). 
o	Tractors.  Negotiated contracts reducing tractor costs by $9-10/hour.  
o	Vehicles.  Developed financial analysis and selected vendor leading to cost reduction of ~$1000 per vehicle and much improved ease of disposal.  Shared findings with parent and sister organizations.
o	Preventive maintenance.  Formalized preventative maintenance program resulting in on-time PM’s of 98% for the Truck Shop and 86% for the Tractor Shop.
o	Housing Improvements.  Made huge improvements to quality of company housing while staying within department budget.
o	Sprigging.  Made recommendation to replaced dangerous, antiquated equipment with safer more efficient equipment that reduced cost by ~30% while doubling accomplishment rate.
o	Staffing.  Reduced shop staffing resulting in $170,000 annual savings.
o	Equipment tracking.  Helped design system to track ranch equipment cost and maintenance.  Implemented system for DCC and traveled to other ranches to implement/train locally. 
o	Shell mining contracts and expansion.  Renegotiated contracts improving pricing by 67-100%.  Opened new mining areas to improve sales volume.
o	Shrimp farming.  Researched, implemented, and operated a successful 3yr pilot shrimp farming project to raise saltwater shrimp in fresh water.

•	Responsible for all facets of the accounting processes and accounting personnel.
