Operations Coordinator

My team performed all planning functions for our facility, including production, order fulfillment, value-added services, and calculated any supplemental labor required for each task. I directly oversaw the order fulfillment department, ensuring that all customer orders were processed accurately, on-time, and within budget. I was also responsible for inventory control within the facility, including cycle counts and annual physical inventories.

I'm responsible for forecasting, buying, and planning all components, assemblies, and supplies for a medical device company. I manage all inventory, WIP, and BOM functions in the ERP system. I also assist with new product introduction, new customer integration, and continuous improvement efforts.
