Directed the company’s sales and business development functions. 
Maintained nationwide strategic alliances with more than 500 privately held businesses and cooperative networks of companies operating in the retail sector.

Vice President of Sales

•	I assumed the duties previously assigned to two senior-level managers,  having over 70 people in four primary operational teams reporting directly to me, namely: Freight Flow and Logistics, Installed Sales, Front End Operations and Accounting, and Delivery teams.
•	I was responsible for the store’s overall financial performance and expense management, and after five months in position, I helped the store make its NIBT line on our financial statement for June for the first time since January of 2010.

•	I successfully integrated the sales strategies and procedures that I derived from prior practice into store operations.
•	I delivered measured increases in commercial sales – up ten percent to plan - and customer experience metrics – increased from a score of 67 to 88.

Senior Manager - ASM Operations

I was in charge of law firm operations, reporting directly to the Chief Executive.
I had thirteen attorneys in Criminal Defense, Personal Injury and Family law departments, as well as twelve paralegals, and the bookkeeping and secretarial staffs as my direct reports.

I was in charge of unit operations for the Woodinville location. Unit sales were in excess of $20 Million annually.

General Manager

I was in charge of unit operations for the Northgate location. Unit sales were in excess of $34 Million annually. I had 120 direct reports.
