•	Direct and Lead creation, development, and implementation of go to market strategy for PUMA consumer electronic category (Speakers, Headphones, device protection). 
•	Manage and direct a globally dispersed team with a network of 30+ distributors in 40 countries and North-American Sales team of 20+ rep agency's focused on global growth and business development
•	Performance management, coaching and mentoring, assisting with solution, design and delivery, sales performance, revenue forecasting, and communication. 
•	Establish  and deliver company global sales goals and metrics related to long sales cycles, gross revenue and margin, identifying strategic key markets of focus
•	Consistent Year over Year +% growth
•	Development of on-going relationships with key customers.
•	Develop negotiating strategies and positions to align with company strategies and operations; examine risk vs. potential; evaluate prospect requirements and goals.

-Directly responsible for all US and International Accessory sales.  Independent and national accounts 
-Manage 14 regional reps and 3 in house reps.
-Collaborate with all cross-functional teams including sales planning, product team, marketing,customer service and credit/finance.
-Responsible for all sales planning, goal setting, forecasting, sales budgets, and inventory management. 
-Provide leadership and guidance to sales force with proven, tangible results.
