Marine Corps Reservist currently looking for a stable job while going to school.

Working with customers to sort out billing (bank rejections, denials, fraud detection/prevention), technical (networking issues, physical computer components, software), and account related issues (basic account management). Worked with other departments (both in-house and foreign counterpart) to recover stolen video-game data and accounts. Supporting technical issues for console games, as well as troubleshooting hardware/software/billing issues for Android and iOS application games.
