Summary

As the Inside Sales and Customer Service manager I am responsible for managing our nation wide outside sales force as well as our inside customer service team. A mix of providing support to our sales force through lead generation/management, show support and ongoing program/pricing documents. Inside I add support by supervising our CS team with day to day client/rep support in processing orders, consumer facing needs and organizational needs. This blended role has me working Buick on my feet with both consumer and client facing demands.
