Responsible for the operation of Computer Terminals for processing orders. Operate cash registers and cash settlements. Operation of phones, for customer’s inquiries and concerns.  Responsible for proving excellent customer service and handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Operation of equipment such as slicer, dicers, food prep table, fryer and grills. Responsible for verifying product delivery. Verifying and sorting product delivery for freshness and use of “first in first out” method.  Lift on daily basis up to 50 pounds of product. Responsible to also work “clean up” position where employee is responsible to open store after closing hours, verify business is safe to enter, disarm alarm, prepare business to open before opening hours.
