• Deliver a customized, memorable and unique experience to resort guest. • Responsible for personalizing the service and improving guest loyalty with consistent focus on improvement. • Oversee resolution of guest concerns and facilitate the delivery of quality, clean and safe facility and services. • Provide outstanding leadership, effective communication, strong interpersonal and guest service skills. • Actively act as lobby ambassador to ensure all guests have a flawless experience upon arrival and departure. • Create and own “Long Stay Guest” program including amenity schedule that works with length of stay. • Implement technology programs to enhance and coordinate a unique guest experience. • Monitor and maintain all guest profiles to ensure guest preferences are met and amenities are set correctly. • Review daily arrivals, VIP’s, group needs and coordinate departments to ensure seamless customer service. • Place pre-arrival calls to VIP and loyalty program guests and continue to build relationships.
