Planned and led strategic 2-year initiative to increase video consumption across all digital platforms and content partners. Hired and managed initial 3-person Digital Video team; grew to staff of 13 supporting input, publishing and programming of 20-25 cutting edge HD videos daily to connect viewers with weather occurrences.

Managing Editor

Developed creative direction and concepts, produced and executed all on-air marketing and promotional sound for top rated sports radio station. Supported Sports News, Talk and Live coverage of San Francisco Giants baseball team, San Francisco 49ers football team, Golden State Warriors basketball team, Stanford University football and basketball, San Jose Sabercats arena football team and San Francisco Bulls hockey team.
