Assistant Baseball Coach

I coached, recruited, and mentored collegiate baseball players at the University of Illinois-Chicago.  I was responsible for managing 35 student athletes.

This position entails many different jobs.  I had "on the field" duties which involved coaching the offensive hitters and also the outfielders and catchers.  I also had "off the field duties" which involved academic performance of the players, handling the team budget, and recruiting prospective student athletes from high school and junior colleges.
