I currently work at KinderCare. I am looking for an entry level job to get my foot in the door. I have five years of retail/customer service experience with working at Walgreens.

Responsible for teaching and supervising a classroom of up to 12 preschool children with other teachers, maintaining direct accountability for up to four children at a time.  This entailed working closely with them in various assignments, motivating and encouraging them into high achievement that exceeded expectations.  Interfaced directly with parents, ensuring that there were at ease and satisfied with the instruction and care of their children.  Also developed curriculum and participated in specially designed art projects with the students.  I have my First Aid/CPR certificate.

Handled all facets of customer service, utilizing exemplary people skills to provide friendly assistance and convey a positive company image.  This included help in finding products, expediting transactions on computerized cash register, and processing returns and/or exchanges and balancing my cash drawer.  Also trained new employees, and maintained and restocked inventory. Encouraged cross selling of other products.
