I have made long lasting relationships with colleagues, industry executives, customers and corporations. I’m currently pursuing new opportunities in the yoga, paddle board or fitness industry. In this new age of fitness awareness, the notion of balance training is essential, particularly in board sports and all physical activities utilizing the core muscles. Offering traditional yoga classes that range from Vinyasa to Restorative. 200 and 300 YA Teacher Training. Seasonal SUP Yoga, paddle board lessons and rentals.  Balance classes including:  Indo Board Balance Training, Slackline Fundamentals.
