Technical Engineer

•	Hired to work for the Hydroprocessing catalyst and technology department to correlate and formulate a relationship within components of the Hydroprocessing procedure.
•	Developed a tool used by multiple disciplines within the organization to perform statistical analysis and calculate recycle temperature for Hydroprocessing methods.
•	Assisted Senior Management to draft initial proposals with yield predictions and calculations based on the specifications provided by the customer BP.
•	Applied concepts of thermodynamics and heat transfer in simulation software (PRO II) used for refinery design calculation.

•	Modified the existing design of a barrel and reciprocating screw which resulted in an extended life span and even heat dissipation.
•	Acquired thorough knowledge of plastic products and manufacturing processes. 
•	Coordinated quality control to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.
•	Consulted with suppliers, staff and management personnel regarding product specifications, manufacturing capabilities and project status.
•	Implemented the Takt time technique to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements and production standards.
•	Reviewed engineering specification and production schedules to place purchase orders and refine manufacturing methods.
