Marketing Assistant

Having worked as an in house photographer and visual product coordinator and a sales support assistant for Manhattan Beachwear Inc., this experience will be directly applicable for this position. Not only do I posses the professional skills, but I personally relate to working with those with disabilities. My niece who I deal with on a day to day basis was born with a disability, and I am comfortable and well versed in dealing with those with disabilities. It is something that is very close to my heart. 

As the Sales Support Assistant for Manhattan Beachwear, I operated as the executive assistant for the President and CEO. These duties included, but are not limited to, scheduling appointments, preparing conference rooms, managing and editing sales person's independent contractor agreements, creating and managing order forms for all 18 brands, and various other tasks that supported the sales team. I held my position so well, that within 5 months I was promoted to running the entire photography department.

I am comfortable holding many different responsibilities at once. As the in house photographer and visual product coordinator for Manhattan Beachwear Inc, I held responsibilities such as, budgeting department costs, casting and booking all models, studio and style prep, managing image inventory for various retailers, and photographing and editing all images for the company. his included retouching, color correcting, and re-sizing all images for our 18 apparel brands. These images were used for instagram, social media, our in house e commerce sites, and retailers. This included over 50 shoots year. I was also part of the marketing team and helped execute campaign strategies. My previous experience will be directly applicable for this position.

I am currently working for contract for Plannet Consulting. I am a marketing assistant and work to find leads for potential clients. I work directly under the Marketing Director. I am proficient in photoshop, light room, illustrator, Microsoft Office, and Outlook. I am skilled, organized,work well with people as well as individually, and strive under stress. I believe my previous experience makes me an ideal candidate for this position

-Executive assistant to President and CEO
- Organized and scheduled executive lead team events and appointments
- Provided support for the entire sales team. Including managing sales person's ICA's, creating order forms

correcting images for all 16 swimwear and yoga wear brands including, Ralph Lauren, Hobie, Bikini Lab, Trina
Turk, Kenneth Cole, La Blanca, 24th & Ocean, Adidas, Pink Lotus, Green Dragon, and Maxine of Hollywood
-Casted and booked models based on individual brand needs and brand budgets. This included working with
various LA-area modeling agencies
-Collaborated with Marketing department and Brands in marketing campaigns and strategies
-Created e blasts for various retailers, and designed banners for trade shows for all 18 brands
-Attended Branding meetings, and collaborated to create consistent and relevant advertising campaigns
