ACCOUNTS RECIEVABLE

Post cash, credit card and ach receipts daily. While handling and posting any discounts, duplicate payments, miscellaneous payments.  Handles sales order calls issues whether its past due accounts or credit limit issues.  Conduct collections calls regularly for all accounts past due, while following up and resolving any customer payment disputes and/or deductions. Processing statements monthly.  Processing bad debt and gathering all information needed to send accounts to collections. Assisting reception with answer incoming calls and connecting callers to correct department or employee. Processing and mailing invoices daily. Assisting with  employee postage charges.  Helping customers track their orders.  Creating proforma, revised and dummy invoices. Sending out Duns letters.  Running credit checks. Issuing credit memos.

Assisting timeshare clients with booking annual ,biannual, and, tri-annual reservations. Processing large 
amounts of annual maintenance fee payments. Conduct welcome calls to instruct and educate our clients in utilizing the benefits for their specific resorts. Assisting my department in receiving inbound and outbound calls on average 400-500 calls per week. Trained newer agents to effectively and efficiently learn company protocal and procedures. On occasion helps walk ins with any travel inquiries. Familiar with MS Office, and required to respond to all incoming emails within 24-48 business hours. Initiate extra work that needs to be completed and upon competition asks for additional tasks. Assisting other departments with time sensitive projects.
