I have had the distinct  privilege to work at a startup company. This gave me so many opportunities to learn, experience, and master managerial skills, trouble shooting, developing processes and anything else you can imagine.

In addition to leading the Client Relation’s team for many years, I earned the chance to be mentored by a Senior Consultant on problem solving projects using the 8 step method. This allowed me to work with different people throughout the organization to define and modify the work flow. The amendments were incorporated daily and have helped shape the company as it continues to grow. I enjoyed mentoring staff members and working on the continual training of our system. 

I have been given “the employee of the decade” award in 2012 and ”the employee of the year “ award in 2013. ResortShare was ranked the eighth fastest growing company in Orange County, Ca., out of 164 companies by the Orange County Financial Journal. The company has grown almost 800% over the last several years. I am very proud to say I played a significant part in this.

?	Lead the overall system project defining and creating processes to support the Flex and Flex + programs
?	Wrote articles on various topics for knowledge and transparency purposes that were utilized by both clients and associates 
?	Helped develop current policies and procedures for the company
?	Trained  employees in various departments on the overall knowledge of our system 
?	Balanced the needs of both the client and our company so that we maintained a successful partnership 
?	Identified opportunities for new programs and worked with the development team on the essential features to be used by the company
?	Mastered the 8 Step Method to problem solve issues within the business
?	Mentored the Concierge team
?	Worked with different teams within the system to help define their daily work processes
