In my first two weeks at Starbucks, I led a cross-functional, cross-divisional team to develop and implement a strategy to further expand Starbucks beyond company-owned stores.  The key ingredient was to repair a broken relationship with Costco.  I created a unique consumer experience and product offering that transformed the Starbucks-Costco relationship and generated over $20 million in profits for Starbucks in the first 12 months.  

As a Global Executive, I have helped grow businesses in quickly changing environments or in struggling/stagnant situations in North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia.  For a household goods business, I turned around a sluggish brand by launching new products and identifying licensing opportunities which increased sales by over 20% and added $10 million in profits.  With a Latin American division of an outdoor products company, I transformed a struggling business through repositioning multiple brands, changing distribution channels and introducing new business models, which increased sales by 16% and doubled profitability in the first year.
