• Communicated with employees via phone and/or email to help answer questions regarding all benefits offered, PTO, payroll, training programs, etc.
• Responsible for receiving and processing terminations, which included notifying Payroll for PTO payout, processing COBRA paperwork, and communicating with the local Human Resource Business Partner to ensure that the proper termination procedures were followed

Human Resources Associate

• Received, assessed, and processed benefits enrollment/change forms
• Responsible for monitoring weekly employee status changes and newly hired employees and preparing and sending a Pilot Benefits Guidebook to all eligible employees
• Answered phones and responded to employee questions relating to health, vision, and dental insurance, short and long term disability, 401k plans, life insurance policies, qualifying events, etc.
