Associate Manager of People

Recent graduate from San Diego State University with a Bachelor's in Graphic Design. Majority of the work I have done has been branding and product development for smaller start up companies and freelance work.

The Associate Manager helps drive store performance, fosters superior guest service, and maintains operational excellence to meet or exceed established budgeted sales, control expenses, and achieve productivity goals.S/he effectively plans work and makes decisions to achieve company targets, and demonstrates the highest level of professionalism when interacting with internal and external guests.

Responsibilities as a graphic designer for start up company Savo Foods required developing an identity and branding standards that were diverse enough to be used in the health foods industry while standing apart from other major brands. Creating a snack bar wrapper that showed the ingredients well enough but didn't compete with the brand placement on the package. Brand continuity through use of responsive web design, suited for mobile or desktop view.

Graphic Designer

Working with a small group of designers, the goal was to rebrand and develop a new look and feel for Course Key. The project leader coordinated different tiers of application development, advertising collateral, and UI/UX design pilots.
