Responsible for management and growth of $70M pillow division.  Coordinated between Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Operations.  Responsible for product development, market analysis, assortment analysis, product costing, and materials sourcing.

Managed five management-level employees for a manufacturing company with ninety employees.  Analyzed and resolved complex business problems and employee issues.  Responsibilities included materials management, purchasing, scheduling, production, new product introduction, budgeting, forecasting, costing, financial reporting to board of directors, hiring and firing, and setting company policy.
