Office and Account Manager

Through the years I have held an avid interest in working with computers and technology. Although I currently work primarily in insurance, I have taken the personal initiative to attain several certifications in technology and have a great passion to learn all there is in information technology. I come with several years of professional experience working as a technical support representative, along with many additional years of personal experience in working with computers.

- Oversees and prepares all insurance policy renewals.
- Assists with setting up new insurance policies and quotes.
- Front of line customer support, prepares all insurance documentation needed by customers and helps with answering any questions or concerns.
- In-house technical support. 
   • Set up new workstations from the ground up, using Windows operating systems.
   • Troubleshoot network issues and application problems.

- Worked in a ticketing system to provide tier 1 technical support for eHarmony customers around the world.
- Supported virtual agents across the country with computer installation and issues.

Technical Support Representative

- Provided customer support to the players of Everquest II, Free Realms, and Playstation Home.
- Assisted with the launch of Free Realms by helping set up the initial game master team and performed bug testing prior to release.
