Seeking to leverage communicative expertise to transition from a student fundraising ambassador into a successful sales professional. An extensive knowledge of communication from formal education will contribute to the building of collaborative relationships to benefit company objectives.

-Enthusiastic and professional sales of all Kia car models and pre-owned certified models
-Completing the straight sales process in a timely manner from a friendly greeting and test-driving, to negotiating and closing 
- Targeting customer needs by investigative questions as well as qualifying customers by analyzing credit reports
- Maintaining an extensive history of past customers and potential buyers through consistent communication and networking to produce future opportunities

Sales Representative

•	Speaking to valued alumni, parents, and university patrons daily, to promote the Biola Fund, request donations, and maintain positive connections
•	Consistently negotiate financial commitments with a high success rate, becoming a top caller in funds raised 
•	Manage a variety of different call lists with different objectives, making 60+ calls in a three hour shift
•	Collaborating with a team to adapt under pressure, overcome objections, and raise goals of over $3,000 in a three hour shift

Student Ambassador

- Excelled in a fast paced environment by working with a motivated team and learning new skills quickly
- Communicated effectively with hundreds of strangers daily from diverse backgrounds in order to properly identify and care for their needs

Store Associate

- Connected and worked with a small group of leaders to execute week long camps and build lasting relationships in a variety of different cities and states. 
- Single-handedly oversaw 50+ kids at a time, while also managing parent volunteers throughout 12-hour work days. 
- Allocated merchandise and equipment responsibly to ensure a positive experience for camp attendees and parents
