Jeff has more than 20 years of versatile senior management experience as a visionary CEO, internal communications, media and marketing expert and a trusted senior advisor to high level government officials in China, the Middle East and USA.

An accomplished business leader in the sport, aviation and leisure tourism sectors, Jeff has been accountable for managing the directorship and senior management, generating multi-million dollar revenues for global organizations (most recently with China Southern Airlines). He is passionate about transforming change by engaging employees and motivating them to buy-in to the process, thus undertake their day-to-day activities with equal passion and enthusiasm.

A pivotal figure in international (sporting) event organisation and media relations, Jeff has a proven track record of positioning emerging destinations favourably on the world stage and was the sole American trusted by the Chinese Government to work at the senior level for the organising committees of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games Organising Committee, The 16th Asian Games Guangzhou 2010 and the 2014 Youth Olympic Games.

Most recent, Jeff was called upon by the Chinese Central Government to author its original bid documents for China's presentation to host the 2022 Winter Olympic Games which was successfully  voted by the membership of the International Olympic Committee in Kuala Lumpur in July 2015.

Jeff was a part of the Global Advisory Board with Major Events International Ltd. where he was responsible for coordinating and managing the MEI international publicity campaigns geared to high end clients in the sports and leisure business industry.

Key Highlights:
• More than $3 million in international publicity per annum through targeted promotional campaigns.
• Named to the global advisory board in 2009, currently consulting on major events on behalf of MEI.

Jeff is currently a Member of the Board of Directors at Big Sky Committee where he is responsible for developing the bid and senior liaison for the hosting of the 2026 Winter Olympics in the State of Montana.

• Developed a multi-million dollar fundraising program.
• Leading the development of a marketing program and proposal to submit to the United States Olympic Committee

Jeff is currently a member of the Marketing, Communications and Commercial Advisory Group for Volleyball England.

Jeff is responsible for formulating global marketing, project management and PR strategies for this state-owned enterprise and China's largest airline, with an emphasis in the promotion of all International markets/flights.

Key Highlights:
• Formed joint communication partnerships with the Marriott International which moved stagnant sales from $100 million to $3 billion annually in the trans-Pacific aviation corridor.
• Editor of three generations of company (English) Internet websites leading to the first e-ticket sold in China which has transpired to be a $50 billion addition in company business.
