•	Responsible for strategy to identify, build, and maintain relationships with elite athletes across all sport globally. 
•	Built and executed multiple top tier athlete strategies across all global sports including, but not limited to: MLB, NLF, NBA, Tennis, NHL, Action Sports and Global Football that support category growth and product sell through. 
•	Developed and executed key elements of global marketing campaigns around Tier 1 product releases and global cultural moments such as: 2014 World Cup, US Open of Tennis, Powerbeats Wireless, New Studio, NFL and NBA drafts, and more. 
•	Supported global brand campaigns by providing top tier talent through direct athlete management and communication. 
•	Manages multiple sport partnerships and business development areas to broad awareness of the brand and increase overall sales through specific sports channels. 
•	Remained as primary sports marketing employee through Apple acquisition of Beats by Dre.

Global Sports Marketing Manager

•	Senior Director of all Terrain Park Operations and Action Sports specific operations and marketing for Mammoth Mountain Ski Area. 
•	Directed and managed all park construction and design of 9 mountain areas, park maintenance, park safety and liability, management and leadership of staff of 40-50 employees directly including 5 managers and 8 supervisors.
•	Responsible for $2,000,000 in annual sponsorship revenue and $2,000,000 in annual employee, discretionary, and non-discretionary expenses across 3 departments.
•	Lead development and implementation of newly integrated department after company wide reorganization including entire rebuild of: department budget, department manual, job descriptions and all associated wages, specific employee reviews, department operating plans, all associated policies and producers, service and performance standards, and health and safety compliance procedures.
•	Directed and executed companywide sponsorship sales, negotiation, acquisition, and activation programs from large accounts such as Ford Motors down to Quiksilver Outerwear. 
•	Directed professional and amateur athlete team for Mammoth Mountain including development of contracts, fulfillment, and athlete relations and co-marketing programs in traditional and non-traditional media.
