An extremely passionate and enthusiastic individual, she thrives in a fast-paced and challenging work environment. Through her fashion experience, she has been exposed to such areas as trend forecasting, buying and planning of a collection, merchandise allocation, selling reports, as well as “tech pack” development. In her six years of combined retail experience, she has developed an effective approach utilizing both creative and analytical skills to provide each customer with a shopping experience tailored to their respective needs.

•Works directly with National Sales Manager on inventory forecasting and selections of product for upcoming collection
•Prepares bi-monthly sales reports on Microsoft Excel by individual representatives, sales by product line, as well as

Outlook and Time Trade online appointment scheduling system
•Partnered with Wedding Suite Manager weekly to strategize an outreach plan for Wedding Stylists to reconnect and 
follow-up with brides
•Assisted in the tracking and processing of all incoming special orders as well as organization of all processed orders in backstock


Wedding Suite Coordinator 

•Improved sales in the Accessories department approximately thirty percent on average per month when compared 
to previous year
•Created strong customer relationships by upholding exceptional customer service with effective sales technique with 
ability to cross-sell and up-sell between various departments
• Attended training sessions with brand representatives to receive information on new arrivals in eyewear, handbags, 
and fashion jewelry and also received directives for visual merchandising 


Accessories Specialist 

•Performed all opening and closing duties in place of management including opening and closing of the POS System 
•Utilized conceptual ideas from current collection to merchandise store  as well as window displays 
•Provided customers with styling expertise presenting them with a head-to-toe ensemble
•Maintained relationships with clients and informed them of new monthly arrivals as well as exclusive store events


Stylist/Keyholder 

•Created retail and design boards on behalf of the design team for merchandise planning meetings for Spring 2011 collection
•Organized salesman samples for the merchandising team for the upcoming production and trade shows 
•Worked directly with domestic manufacturers and suppliers throughout the design and production process
•Assisted in the production and provided backstage support of the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Spring 2011 runway show
