Responsibilities:

Duties:

•	On-the-floor sales in a fast-paced environment.

          Duties: 

•	Develop course education materials including PowerPoint and multi-media presentations. 
•	Prepare appropriate audiovisuals and equipment. 
•	Head and participate in councils, meetings, and professional development activities. 
•	Referred upon to provide insight, direction and recommendations to unique and sometimes sensitive issues, and is expected to independently and collaboratively resolve complex problems.
•	Collaborate with other departments, with a high level of personal investment and professionalism in contributing to the priorities of the organization as a whole.

Instructor

Responsibilities:
•	Responsible for collecting, organizing, creating and submitting quarterly and annual reports summarizing informatics and data driven outcomes.
•	Analyze processes and lead process improvement initiatives.
•	Build and maintain relationships within the community and key organizations essential to business partnerships.

•	Develop and monitor program budgets, professional reports and deliverables.
•	Conduct needs assessments, establish priorities, design, implement, and evaluate programs protocols and standards.
•	Plan, manage and evaluate department projects, programs and services.
•	Responsible for the development and oversight of work plans, budgets and reports.
•	Manage human resource concerns, including discipline and labor relations, employee and department safety and risk management issues.
•	Provide staff guidance and support for the implementation of special projects and program activities.

Responsibilities:
•	Oversee the planning, development and implementation of program initiatives.
•	Develop key relationships with retail and corporate vendor partners.

         Duties:
•	Establish and maintaining cooperative working relationships with public and private organizations and businesses, commissions, committees throughout the County of Riverside and surrounding communities.
•	Design marketing materials to include brochures, posters and flyers, media press releases and public service announcements for campaigns.
•	Train, mentor and supervise interns and assigned staff.
