I am a dynamic and results driven professional with strong, comprehensive marketing, leadership, financial and business experience. While at Verizon Wireless I have gained experience across the company including finance operations, loyalty, CRM, pricing, product management and business development. In these roles I have cultivated strategic relationships to drive sales, operational efficiencies and positive customer experience. My persistence in achieving goals has led to success at building corporate value. My prior background as a C.P.A at PwC has proven to be a value asset at analyzing data and developing programs to drive results. Recently, I was selected to be part of the Verizon Lean Six Sigma program to lead efforts at reducing return rates and new device call in rate. The program has taught me the DMAIC process that is helpful at discovering root causes and developing solutions. I have been recognized for leadership, high-energy, innovation and teamwork by my peers and headquarters. In my free time I enjoy snowboarding, volleyball, golf, mountain biking, camping, hiking and international travel.
