• Turned around and reorganized the $30M Brazilian operation of SONY DADC Americas as General Manager

• Generated $4M in incremental profit for an $85M P&L with multi-site manufacturing and distribution operations and 1300 employees with Deluxe Video Services

• Directed $200M in raw material and equipment expenditures and a team of 150 associates as VP Purchasing & Quality Assurance with Deluxe Video Services

• Optimized cost drivers of Paramount Pictures supply chain resulting in 20% - 45% savings on printed parts purchases and in annual savings of $12M across the European distribution network

It has shipped over 250 million home devices globally, and is the #1 supplier of gateways and the #2 supplier of set-top-boxes.
 
Led the operations group of this $1.2B Division, charged with planning, organizing, directing and controlling the Americas Manufacturing and Supply Chain activities. Responsible for:
•	Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, bringing together the Sales Forecast, Supply Planning, manufacturing and logistics activities, met customers deliveries at above 98% on time while meeting company’s profitability and Cash Flow targets for all fiscal quarters of my leadership. 
•	Management of Sales Administration, Order Fulfillment, Logistics Services and Customer deliveries, garnered the accolades from DirecTV for overall Supply Chain performance since Q3’14
•	Inventory management for the region, delivered 16 turns on Raw Materials and Finished Goods in 2014.
•	Management of 3 WW CEMs with operations in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina and the US
•	Optimizing manufacturing costs, implemented a new process in the US that generated $1.4M in the first 6 months of operation, by bringing generic product from Asia and customizing it “to order” in the region. 
•	Reviewing and interpretation of performance results against operating plans and targets, implemented new operating procedures and restructured staff responsibilities as needed.
