Have been managing all aspects of the subsidiary organization with complete ownership of the national P&L, servicing the Canadian entity and representing the extension of the main headquarters of Wolverine World Wide. Contributed to the brand growing by a CAGR of 16.45% to $450M between 1997 and 2105, with a low doule-digit EBITDA in Canada. Created long and short term marketing strategies and drove research, development of current and new offerings as a member of the global Leadership Team and continually sought and identified future opportunities while steering the senior management team towards them.

President Merrell

Developed and led commercial objectives within each designated territory throughout Canada, and managed implementation of an efficient, very profitable subsidiary with maximized per capita sales and operational costs kept to a minimum. Negotiated and integrated the full North American structure within our operations, while sustaining our quality of service and efficiency while maximising and sustaining our marketplace presence with current or new distribution partners.

General Manager Sales and Marketing

Established a global sales distribution network with agents and structured a distinct business unit to service the needs fro cross country skiing and outdoor footwear brands in the country, growing the portfolio of brands from $1.2M in revenues to $12.0M in 1997 when Karhu (Tropsport) sold the Outdoor division to Wolverine World Wide.

Sales & Marketing - Brand Manager Merrell

Managed 10 regional Sales Representatives and one Marketing Manager to ensure the proper distribution of hard goods products for both Winetr & Sunner seasons. Developed product line collection for the Canadian market in Alpine-Cross country (Fischer Ski-Tecnica-Leki) and Windsurfing equipment (Fanatic) as well Tennis (Donnay) in summer seasons, and attained a market share of about 10%.
