?	Recruitment/New Hire Orientation:  Responsible for the process of all new hires from recruitment, interviews, background check, pre-employment screenings, new hire paperwork & license credentialing. 
?	Payroll:  Entered all new hires into ADP Workforce Now & PayExpert for 9 different companies in 3 states. Acted as a Liaison between Manager & employee regarding discrepancies in pay by researching and recommending solution or policy change. Annual EEO filing. 
?	Performance Management:  Create and maintain all performance management records, use of merit matrix for 300+ employees in 7 different companies. Assisted in preparing annual budgets and expenditures.  Communicated expectations to Leaders on how to conduct annual reviews.   
?	Polices & Procedures:  Manage the creation of the employee handbook and communication to employees, Responsible for amending and adding polices as required by law and the organization. Responsible for personnel’s files assuring that they were incompliance with State and & Regulatory Agencies to include; licenses, continued education and training.
?	Benefits:  Manage the administration of all health benefits & Ancillary benefits, COBRA, all leaves of absences, Workers Comp and 401K.  Negotiate annually plans with Brokers, make recommendations to Corporate leaders, as well as reducing company costs.  Instrumental in the conversion of benefits and 401k to new providers. Carrier reconciliation. Assured all plans were compliant with all Federal & State requirements. Coordinated Wellness program and activities.
?	Termination Interviews:  Conducted all voluntary, involuntary & Reduction in Force exit interviews while keeping the company within state & federal guidelines.
?	Project Management:  Collaboration on ADP implementation working with vendor and Executive Management, Managed Companywide Dependent Audit with TPA, Instrumental in developing online On-boarding & New Hire Orientation.

Employee relations; Conducted all investigations for all grievances and complaints working with Managers and employees recommending a course of action is accordance with State Law and Company policy. Assisted in company’s 1st Annual Survey and responsible for conveying results to Management and taking part in Organizational Culture change in response to survey results.
