I am a recent graduate of Drexel University's LeBow College of Business. I chose to major in General Business in order to gain a more well-rounded understanding of the business world. In addition to my general business requirements, I chose electives in fields such as political science, sociology, and international studies - areas which directly effect the business environment.

During my time at Drexel, I completed three, full-time co-ops in different business areas. Among the three experiences, my six months as Manager of Drexel's Rock Climbing Wall was most significant to me. This position showed me that I am most effective when working in a field I am passionate about, and more importantly, in a position that allows me to utilize both my leadership and communication skills. 

While I enjoy rock climbing and the outdoors, I am far more passionate about cars and the automotive industry. Now that I am seeking a career, my goal is to find a position that will allow me to fully utilize my knowledge of both automobiles, and the automotive industry. My well-developed interpersonal skills and strong passion for cars make me a perfect candidate for a Product/Event Specialist position with an automotive company or automotive marketing firm.

- Maintained and enhanced overall associate relations and job satisfaction through effective communication, fair and consistent treatment, respect for the individual, and establishment of clear expectations and accountability
- Analyzed workload and adjusted staff accordingly to accomplish departmental/building goals
- Ensured associate safety through education and training, promoting safety awareness and accountability, and by promptly addressing potential hazards

Seasonal Team Lead

- Supported marketing department by creating purchase orders for marketing services, in addition to regular accounting responsibilities
- Supported company CFO by compiling a digital file of all active contracts with outside firms, as legal preparation for the merge with Drexel University

Staff Accountant Intern

- Scheduled shifts for up to 20 staff members as well as quarterly meetings and weekly class/clinic offerings
- Taught group climbing classes in addition to leading team-building sessions of up to 20 participants
- Compiled usage data and produced weekly reports for use in the creation of future recreation center budgetary plans
- Consolidated eight pre-existing marketing flyers to create two concise brochures, as part of an effort to more effectively marketing the climbing wall to all members of the community

Climbing Wall Manager

- Supported the Marketing Manager in the coordination of a 200 person networking seminar by organizing marketing materials, creating name tags, and scheduling transportation for speakers. 
- Responsible for inputting all prospective client information into SalesForce.com, in order to support the efforts of the sales team
- Provided training session for a team of 12 sales representatives, teaching the fundamentals of SalesForce.com
- Conducted 50 quality assurance phone calls per week to survey clients on their satisfaction level with the services provided
