Social Media Manager

My goal is to transition my enthusiasm, creativity, and experience in public relations into a position that allows me to work with a cohesive team, utilize effective public relations strategies and tactics, and showcase an organization's accomplishments.

I am responsible for distributing and monitoring social media content for eleven clients in the service industry. I utilize social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Hubspot to strategically schedule and deliver digital content. I also educate business professionals on social media analytics.

I was responsible for crafting and scheduling original social media content. I researched and curated blog posts for Verge Pipe Media’s website. I generated awareness and support through inbound marketing strategies and tactics. I also applied search engine optimization to digital content.

Community Manager

I was responsible for organizing community outreach through social media outlets. I also 
designed newsletters, wrote weekly press releases, featured art exhibitions in the museum's magazine, and distributed other promotional content.

Public Relations Intern

I was responsible for reporting breaking news and community-related events. I participated in local government and university meetings. I also fostered relationships with community leaders and members.
