PURCHASING

•	Hardware forecasting for client requirements in coordination with preferred vendors.
•	Assist Technology teams to update client standards and pricing to insure current product availability to meet contractual service level 
•	Request quotations for products and services from multiple vendors, suppliers including Ingram, Micro, Hewlett Packard, Cisco, Apple, IBM, and EMC.
•	Assist finance & accounting teams with vendor invoicing and Capital Expenditure for account team approval process for client acquisitions.
•	Coordinate the prioritization and review of Purchase Order issuance with Off-Shore Procurement teams.
•	Determine optimal logistics solutions for all order requests and provide vendor tracking delivery & ETA to coordinate account team implementation schedules.
