I have more than 20 years of experience in the Business Administration field, and over 30 years of Customer Service experience. I enjoy new challenges and am always eager to further my education. I am a great multi-tasker, am able to change priorities, and have experience working in fast-paced environments. My professional history includes Customer Service Manager, Data Entry Manager, Systems Administrator, EDI Coordinator, and IT Director- all in manufacturing environments. I am quick to learn new software and technology and have a degree in Business/Information Systems. I enjoy data analysis and compiling custom reports to assist all departments company-wide: Accounts Receivable/Payable, Inventory Control, Purchasing, Customer Service/Order Entry, Sales & Marking, Shipping and Receiving. As EDI Coordinator, I liked the challenge of setting up new trading partners and mapping their data to our system.
