1.	Communicate with customers via telephone, fax or email to obtain payment status    on open receivables. 
2.	Enter notes into Mas to provide history of communications.
3.	Run credit checks and determine customer’s credit terms.
4.	Monitor customer’s payment histories to determine credit holds and revocations of credit terms.
5.	Deposit checks through virtual terminal to our bank
6.	Process cash receipts.
7.	Bank deposit data entry into MAS 90.
8.	Scan and enter wires for invoice payments
9.	Enter cash receipt entries from credit card updates.  
10.	Scan, enter and attach invoices for payment processing
11.	Communicate with vendors about invoice inquiries

15.	Maintain PTO schedule, PTO calendar, and punch clock entries.
16.	Monthly, match all credit card orders (direct and distributor) to the Merchant Billing Statement.
17.	Contact and collect any outstanding invoices over 61 days.
18.	Investigate shipment and/or invoicing problems, providing follow-up communication to Distributors and/or any internal departments, as needed.
19.	Create credit memos as products are returned from customers.
20.	Create pricing adjustments due to incorrect sales tax or discount application
21.	Obtain and organize customer sales tax exemption certificates.
22.	Other duties as assigned.
