• Customer Service/Order Desk Team Lead; Represent Customer Service Manager when not present in all meetings and handle any daily problems.
• Work with order desk team to provide excellent service- Answer all product inquires via email/phone/fax/chat box.
• Invoice orders/issue credits/refunds through Locate, EDI, Sage, and QuickBooks platforms.
• Follow up on wholesale requests; provide credit applications and gather resale information to open new accounts.
• Daily use of Microsoft Office applications and Outlook email. Social media; checking Facebook, Instagram, etc. for questions and inquires.
• Working with National Sales Team to complete documentation of in store promotions of products for vendors throughout the year. Collaborate with Marketing team to order requested promotional materials.
• Create and execute contracts for company New Item proposals to all retailers and vendors throughout the year.
• Work closely with other departments (production/picking/shipping) to troubleshoot and resolve shipping or order issues that arise. Assist the accounting department to collect payments, gather checks and solve billing issues.
• Company events; Ordering food/ supplies/ set up and maintain areas for events and company meetings.

CUSTOMER SERVICE LEAD & PROMOTIONS SPECIALIST

• Manage of 50+ employees on a daily basis in a fast-paced theatre environment.
• Hire and train new staff members on all levels of theatre operations.
• Order and stock office supplies for manager's office as well as additional needs for theatre operations.
• Open and close cash drawers; Perform ticket sale audits and petty cash receipts on a daily basis.
• Certified Food Manager-Food Handler Manager Certification- ensures all staff has completed training and is certified according to state law. Maintain records/ files updating as needed.
• Proper placements of all incoming marketing materials--follow compliance requests from studios.
• Event Coordination- Manage incoming emails/requests for booking events and/or meetings on site. Accept payments and coordinate dates and times with guests and film manger; Provide tours and education on theatre projection and operations.
• Projection skills- Ability to operate 35mm, digital, and 4DX projectors. Ingest incoming movies and materials into database and create digital content to play as scheduled. Change lamps and clean equipment on a monthly basis.

SERVICE MANAGER

• Manage POS system and ensure volunteers and staff are trained in its use. Coordinated the opening and closing of the front desk and museum store registers daily; reconcile the POS in both areas.
• Coordinate Volunteer Program: recruitment, in-take, training, and scheduling for all volunteer opportunities; create and maintain volunteer handbook. Helped organize volunteer appreciation events. Use of Volgistics, a volunteer software program, to schedule volunteers for all museum needs and to communicate with volunteers.
• Train and manage visitor services volunteers for front desk and museum store positions; train on admissions, event, program, and membership sales processes, which include credit, check, and cash transactions.
