• Develop strategies and tactics for the websites of for all brands, companies and subsidiaries of Colorado Access • Provide leadership on the organization and presentation of all web content and websites and manage the company roadmap for timely and relevant web development • Oversee the administration of web assets and ensure organized and consistent processes for websites • Act as a team leader in overseeing the day-to-day web management, including mentoring junior team members and developing talent and skills • Ensure consumer awareness of web presences through effective strategies for search engine marketing and optimization • Collaborate with product/business leaders to optimize content and improve user experience • Continuously design and develop intranet site as a communication and awareness tool and implement creative solutions for online information exchange in the company • Develop and implement portal strategies and oversee the evolution of external web portals for member, providers, brokers and other external entities • Partner with IT to maintain industry best practice and awareness of emerging trends for web architecture and technologies • Partner with Direct Marketing Manager to ensure alignment with web content and campaigns, direct-response tools and micro-sites • Manage external interactive partner relationships • Develop, enhance and manage web reporting and analytics • Ensure the integrity, accuracy and compliance of all websites and web content and ensure/oversee periodic auditing of web experience, content and compliance • Follow and help reinforce all brand guidelines and standards while maintaining a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties
