Lead event producer for A to Z event planning, design and execution of client events and developed and executed all projects while successfully operating within the designated budgets

Responsible for securing editorial for Bright Night and client projects by building and maintaining relationships with media outlets and social media ambassadors

Responsible for website design, content management for Bright Night

Manage and directed all event and business budgets, production timelines, venue scouting and booking, vendor and supplier sourcing and onsite coordination of up to 20 event staff 

Maintaine and developed existing and new client relationships and industry referral relationships
Responsible for event storyboarding, floor plans and installations – bars, food stations, signage, band, staff attire, floral and tablescape design, along with sourcing furniture/accessories – lounge, banquettes, dining tables, draping, upholstery and linens 

Coordinate A/V team’s execution of all audio, staging and lighting elements- graphic design for environment – wall, floor & ceiling treatments

Manage the planning process while developing the event vision, creativity integration across all facets–design, sound, photography, venue and vendor selection, contract management, budget planning and management

Responsible for media kits, swag bag development and sourcing and other event branding elements including paper product design – production and mailing assembly

Executed the logistical management of vendors, timeline execution and communication–load-in, production and load-out, onsite day-of management and lead in event execution, managed all event flow and orchestration of all timing & details
