My background includes over 20 years experience in corporate, commercial, investment securities and real estate finance, as well as business development and private client relationships.  During this time I have acquired broad skills in fundamental credit analysis, marketing, asset valuation, compliance, portfolio management, client presentations and relationships.  I have an MBA in finance as well as a California Real Estate Brokers License.  Technical skills include word processing, spreadsheets, and Power Point.
- Established a risk-weighting system to enhance portfolio diversification. 
- Established an external corporate credit reporting format for clients.
- Case Manager in FDIC's acquisition and liquidation of $425 million in capital instruments comprised of a Collateralized Mortgage Obligation portfolio and a commercial loan portfolio.
- Participated in the feasibility studies and start up of two business units (1) corporate bond securities and (2) mortgage backed securities.
