I am an early career professional, with five years of business experience in a variety of industries. I am seeking a role that will fulfill my passion for learning to grow into a management position. I thrive in challenging environments and produce excellent work under pressure. I enjoy large amounts of responsibility and am always looking forward to what the future has to bring.

•Operations: opening and closing procedures, answering and returning all phone and email correspondences, store presentation, created merchandise displays, provided excellent customer service to increase store profits, created store loyalty programs to promote return business and increase average transaction value
•Head of buying: managed buying appointments, tracked inventory budget, purchased and processed inventory  
•Marketing: created and managed email newsletters, developed content for all social media posts on Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest, grew social media presence by 200%
•Event planning: coordinated and executed sales and special holiday events to generate social media interest and increase sales, held a leadership position in the local merchants association in charge of planning events in the shopping center to increase family presence, loyalty and increase sales for the local businesses 
•Hiring and training: assisted owner by reviewing resumes and interviewing potential candidates, provided new hire training, managed employee schedules and provided day to day supervision of tasks

General Manager

•Provided Assistant Director support during a commercial shoot including, set up and break down of headquarters, talent management, errands for wardrobe department, using petty cash to provide and deliver meals to crew and talent, assist catering, manage break schedules, maintained a quite set, ran interdepartmental memos

Production Assistant

•Assisted the group leader OT/PT, handled daily duties such as roll call for campers and volunteers, creating and passing out name tags, maintained daily schedule, assisted volunteers with difficult campers, provided parents and guardians daily progress reports for their children
