I'm a designer with a love of strategy and objects.

I started Interval, A Design Company, Inc. to chase after beautiful solutions in the act of helping people and organizations achieve scalable growth. Interval offers design strategy, product design and identity design services with experience across several industries including consumer electronics, transportation and non-profit education.

I am personally interested in how society is shaped by explosive technological progression, longitudinal design trends and wood working(!).

Founded Interval, a design and strategy consultancy for small to midsize businesses built on a flexible service model. Designed a scalable universal framework for rapid strategic intervention. Responsible for development of company culture and new business, day-to-day operations including team management, and overall design direction. Clients included but are certainly not limited to:

BRIGHAM AND WOMEN’S HOSPITAL
Collaborated with a gastric surgeon to design a medical device that mechanically aids in the removal of persistent bowel blockages. Acted as design consultant during annual cross-disciplinary innovation session.

BRAINSTORM TECHNOLOGIES, LLC
Conceived initial marketing strategy and rebranded the company based on extensive user testing. Designed the company launch product; a scientifically-proven performance enhancing athletic device. Developed a novel conductive rubber material for use in an engineered-by-Interval cutaneous electrode.

REMPHOS TECHNOLOGIES, LLC
Acted as in-house industrial designer on a large number of internal projects including creating a trade show booth and several new forms of LED lighting. Worked closely with CEO to chart product line expansion and exceed strategy targets. Hired and led a team tasked with a company-wide rebranding.
