? Overall Responsibilities
o Accurately recording monthly revenue and expenses, recording credit card transactions, maintaining account payable and account receivable accounts
o Mortgage Payments (Differentiate between Interest and Principle portions of payment)
o Monthly Profit and Loss Year to Date reports, Statement of Cash Flow reports, Balance Sheet reports, Bank Reconciliation reports
? Tax Responsibilities
o Monthly; City Retail Sales Tax, State Retail Sales Tax, and 941 Employer’s Federal Tax Return.
o Quarterly Local Marketing Tax, County Lodging Tax, State Withholding Tax Return, as well as State Unemployment Insurance Tax.
o Annual 940 Employer’s Annual Federal Unemployment Tax Return,
? Payroll Responsibilities
o Generating bi-weekly payroll checks for the employees.
o Setting up profiles for new employees (Status, Allowances, Withholdings, Garnishments)
o Generating W2 and 1099 for employee and contractors
