Communications Assistant

I have been working as the communications assistant at the ACS Green Chemistry Institute since 2014. I manage all website content updates, the monthly e-newsletter and blog, format graphics and content for collateral, create and implement marketing e-blast plans and more. 

I have experience working with videogaphy and video production, as well as intermediate graphic design skills.

I manage the monthly e-newsletter and blog by creating yearly editorial calendar, contact potential contributors, layout content and distribute newsletter each month. I maintain the company website using CQ5, as well as the separate conference website utilizing WordPress. Have helped grow social media engagement on Facebook and Twitter using graphics and inviting language. Implement a strategic integrated marketing plan for annual conference through email blasts, graphic collateral and social media.

Acted as videographer, utilizing HD camera equipment on location recording live and scripted productions. Managed social media accounts, creating unique content with Final Cut Pro and iMovie to engage followers. Participated in client meetings, providing feedback and suggestions

Multimedia Intern

Conducted research and analysis; created Excel documents to organized findings. Shadowed agency Principals, observed client relationships and provided suggestions. Presented ideas for media projects such as television commercials and radio advertisements
