Sales and technology solutions are some of the most essential parts of driving a successful business-to-consumer, business-to-business company. I understand this because recently it has been my duty to work with customers like Active Ride Shop, Monster Energy, and Troy Lee Designs in assessing and addressing supply chain and fulfillment challenges with fitting UPS supply chain and logistics technology solutions. Currently, I am a hybrid between a solutions consultant, project manager, and a technology architect for United Parcel Service’s corporate professional services department, known as Global Customer Solutions. Alongside account managers, it is my duty to analyze our customers’ technology pain points and in turn, provide beneficial solutions utilizing UPS’ vast portfolio of technology solutions.
