My professional brand depicts me as a project manager and technology solutions liaison for the supply chain industry; however i am much more creative than my professional profile. i am a passionate and talented writer and video editor; the media arts interest me and consume my personal time. several years ago i was assigned with the task of developing and running my department's newsletter and sharepoint website; it's in this "special projects" where my most creative talents have come about.

Deployment Specialist

Sales and technology solutions are some of the most essential parts of driving a successful business-to-consumer, business-to-business company. I understand this because recently it has been my duty to work with customers like Active Ride Shop, Monster Energy, and Troy Lee Designs in assessing and addressing supply chain and fulfillment challenges with fitting UPS supply chain and logistics technology solutions.

Currently, I am a hybrid between a solutions consultant, project manager, and a technology architect for United Parcel Service’s corporate professional services department, known as Global Customer Solutions. Alongside account managers, it is my duty to analyze our customers’ technology pain points and in turn, provide beneficial solutions utilizing UPS’ vast portfolio of technology solutions. I am confident that all of my skill sets align with the needs of your organization.

• Act as a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) Project Manager for UPS’ Customer Solutions Sales team, supporting 3 ASM (Area Sales Manager) teams in the West and Central regions of the USA, and Mexico.
• Support SEMs (Solutions Engagement Managers—Customer Facing Field Consultants) in pre-sale discussions pertaining to technology solutions opportunities; conduct technical research, review customer’s systems structure, data mine, and provide SEM with fact-based analysis regarding our solution sets and capacity that is fitting for the customer’s business model.
• Participate in consultative solutions sales strategy calls, engaging Customer Solutions resources, such as ASM, SEM, and AE (Account Executive) in order to initiate project plan and discuss project implementation design. 
• Work with B2C and B2B customers.
• Strategize with customer facing resources and write, edit, and revise high quality business proposals for customers. 
• Create highly detailed technical documents, instructional manuals, and deployment reference guides utilizing SnagIt screenshots and visual markers in order to communicate precise detail.
• Compose, edit, and revise emails, correspondences, and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in order to develop and write clear and concise Statements of Work (SOW).
• Familiar with working in a fee-based professional services environment.
• Analyze technical and business requirements in order to formulate well written internal Project Statement document detailing all intricacies of the scope of the project for internal programmers to comprehend items to be developed and implemented.
• Engage customer’s IT team, review technical requirements, gather requirements, and set expectations.
• Develop Project Implementation Plan; assign project items to appropriate resources, such as Technical Support Group Technician(s), Development programmer(s), Solutions Engagement Manager (Customer Facing), Business Development (AE), Operations (Freight, International, Small Package), customer’s third party consultant(s) or customer’s IT team, and customer’s accounting and shipping department.
• If applicable, request and review customer CSV, API, XML, Web-Services’ data files, ODBC/Remote Server data strings, copy of database, SQL tables, ERP/WMS/OMS/POS interface screenshots. Consult appropriate IT/Development teams to review technicalities in the project scope.
• Review and analyze immense amounts of technical data containing shipping, cost, and transit figures; work with data-mining resources in order to develop custom reports, charts, graphs, or maps that demonstrate fact-based findings.
• Convert extremely technical concepts into layman terms for non-technical stakeholders.
• Analyze databases, data files, and seek out necessary items.
• Aforementioned projects consisted of SaaS, Cloud, ERP, CRM, Ecommerce storefront integrations to client-based software; Slalesforce, SAP, JDE, SAP, ADP, and many other applications; API, script-driven data automation utility programs, EDI implementations, and many more technology solution integrations. 
• Confident public speaker: present project plan and implementation plan to customers, c-level executives.
• Arrange and host weekly/bi-weekly internal and external virtual conference calls with project stakeholders; introducing and identifying all stakeholders; clearly communicate corresponding items, milestones, timelines, and execution deadlines, UAT, training, and go-live.
• Monitor and manage stakeholders’ requirements, limitations, time-zone variances, and make appropriate updates and modifications to project implementation so long as it meets customer’s needs.
• Request and record all stakeholder updates; update notes, items, and milestones.
• Setup and manage Skype for Business/WebEx presentations as necessary.
• Provide team with summary of meetings, highlight urgent items.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 75% of the time to manage project implementation and go-live at customer sites.
• Go-to Solutions liaison for Spanish-speaking customers domestically and internationally, Mexico, Latin America, Spain, or any other Spanish-speaking territories.
• Engage customer and customer’s consultants in the utmost friendly and customer-service oriented manner. Listen. Act on all promises. Follow up or provide updates as frequently as requested by customer.
• Setup and manage Live Meeting/WebEx presentations as necessary.
• Closely monitor project and solutions implementation; UAT, Training, and execution of go-live, as well as providing customer with appropriate access for post implementation support.
• Compile technical manuals with clear and accurate technical terminology, including interface screenshots, so end-users can reference.
• Assist supervisor with onboarding new hires, act as a job coach, training and mentoring new resources.
• Acting communications liaison for the department:

o Newsletter:

• Head editor and content writer for department Newsletter.
• Utilize Adobe Illustrator, In-Design, and Photoshop in order to develop quarterly department Newsletter.
• Create and maintain editorial calendar.
• Host Newsletter conference calls and project manage content contributors.
• Solicit department for current events, success stories, and note-worthy content.
• Exercise creativity; research media outlets for relatable images and content.
• Review, edit, revise, write, and publish all content.
• Upload content onto corporate intranet available to all corporate departments and personnel. 

o SharePoint:

•Lead content manager for department SharePoint.
• Project manage the development of the department SharePoint located on the corporate intranet.
• Delegate action items to content developers.
• Review, edit, and revise all written content. 
• Host conference calls to address SharePoint items, deliverables, and keep stakeholders on task and on schedule.
• Review and present SharePoint additions and content with upper management; solicit feedback in order to ensure that content is in line with the message from management.

• Act as a liaison between IT and the client to ensure that member data is supplied properly on Eligibility data layouts. 
• Provide excellent client relation management (CRM) service to high profile clients, as well as smaller clients.
• Analyze data load reports on IBM data systems (RXCLAIM – AS400), verify integrity of data; run database queries or export data into MS Access database to isolate necessary data elements in question.
• Collaborated with various departments, IT, Client Relations, and Development via email, phone, or in person in order to successfully research and compile communications to third parties. 
• Thorough evaluation of health benefit data that is being sent in by the client, in order to ensure accuracy and irregular trends.
• Visually analyze client’s “raw data,” create rules, and ensure that data on file coincides with data file’s layout; create custom maps if necessary in order to satisfy the client’s needs.
• UAT and QA testing to ensure integrity of processes; UAT testing for external system modifications to system (SXC software shipments to RXCLAIM system and HRDirect database); write test cases/scripts; Regression testing; pulling data reports.
• Handle “client implementations” from an Eligibility stand-point from start to finish.
• Research system irregularities with diligence—report if necessary—in order to seek out the facts and to remedy issues.
• Work with EDI group for EDI mapping.
• Compose professional written memorandums, letters, and email compositions, using proper spelling and grammar. 
• Handle client’s personal and sensitive information in a classified and professional manner, abiding by federal and state regulations. 
• Set-up phone conferences, meetings, WebEx seminars, and trainings with teammates, clients, and other internal entities; communicate in a clear and effective tone, aware of the business professional setting.
• Abide by HIPPA standards and all other state and federal regulations. 
• Understanding of the PBM, TPA, Medicare Part D, and general healthcare industry.
• Support and train new team members, supplying them with modules, instruction manuals, and shadow training to get them up to speed with the business’s demands for new employees.

Eligibility Analyst, Lead

• Research, compile, and organize academic information into a set of plans utilized for instruction.
• Present academic plans as lectures for a class of students.
• Collaborate with team teachers and administrators, in order to ensure synchronization of academic topics and pacing of instruction; evaluate students’ proficiency and progress, and remedy problematic situations as a team.
