Field Service Representative

Working as a field service representative for First Source for their Disneyland account. I previously worked at Tilly's as a Lead Sales, where I provided customer service as well as merchandising support. Beyond working I currently attend CSUDH as a junior pursuing my degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Community Studies. I plan to either double major in Graphic Design or minor in Art.

Responsible for promoting and providing company products or services in a variety of locations. I act as a liaison between organization and customers to increase brand loyalty.

In this job position it is necessary for me to engage incoming customers so they feel welcomed, help them understand the buying culture we provide, so I can properly find the product that matches their needs. Beyond selling I track segments of cash flow, designate workers to the necessary tasks and sections, and help with visual merchandising before the store opens during the week.
