Product Manager

• Build and maintain the product roadmap by gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining
the vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer
satisfaction goals are met.
• Directed a complete rewrite of the Aljex Software platform. Raised funding, designed a new user interface, and oversaw development milestones to successfully deliver an entirely updated version of a leading Transportation
Management System.

• Manage a team of nine software engineers by coordinating monthly development releases and translating complex
customer problems into actionable research and development goals.

• Maintained frequent, detailed communication with a portfolio of Aljex's most strategic accounts, including several
of the nation's top 50 freight brokerages. Responsible for developing and maximizing long-term customer
relationships to meet clients' operational needs and continually exceed expectations.
• Planned, budgeted, monitored, and documented all aspects of programming projects for my assigned customers.
• Upsold integrations, software extensions and custom programming options using a consultative sales approach.

Project Manager and Key Account Manager

• Hosted 15-20 live online training sessions each week via web conference which were available on an unlimited basis
for our entire customer base.
• Coordinated and directed an internal transition from an outdated proprietary software onto an advanced Customer
Relationship Management tool.
• Served as the primary point of contact for all customers within their first 90 days as an Aljex customer. Responsible
for all onboarding and training tasks as well as general support and system maintenance.

Training and Onboarding Specialist

• Capitalized on direct industry experience and technical knowledge to sell a leading web-based Transportation
Management Software to freight brokers.
• Converted inbound sales leads into customers, and generated new prospects through outbound sales calls, webinars,
and trade shows.
• Worked as part of the marketing team to manage the company's social media platforms. Composed, edited, and published the company newsletter each month. Launched a Google AdWords campaign and focused on Search
Engine Optimization.
• Organized the company's first annual User Conference for 50 clients in Vail, Colorado.

Sales and Marketing

shippers.
